In this Atlas are presented 42 photographies of the areas of the Milky Way, obtained in Simeiz in Crimean Astrophysical Observatory of the Academy of the Sciences USSR in 1949-1952 basically with the 640-mm astrograph (F : 1.4). The small number of photoplates are received with the analogical 450-mm astrograph. Scale for cameras 640-mm and 450-mm accordingly are 4'.0 and 5'.0 in 1 mm.
